Erna Logistik (formerly NWT Distribution AB) is a company within the Erna group, which has a clear growth strategy for the coming years.

Within the group, we operate in local journalism, marketing, distribution, and property management. We are located in Skaraborg, Dalsland, and Värmland.

Erna Logistik is a distribution company that distributes morning newspapers, magazines, and smaller packages in Värmland, parts of Skaraborg, and northern Dalsland. The company started its operations on March 1, 2019.

We have about 350 employed distributors who, by car, bicycle, and on foot, make about 100,000 deliveries per night from Monday to Saturday all year round.

About the role

We are currently looking for substitutes for the distribution districts who can step in at short notice to cover for illnesses and during longer, continuous absences. Training to learn the job is provided by a supervisor and takes about 3-4 sessions and starts as soon as possible.

As a distributor, you are the last link to our customers and subscribers, so it is important that you are responsible and can work independently.

You work at night and usually start at 01:30. After finishing your shift in the morning, you have the whole day free for other activities. Distribution occurs 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday. All public holidays are newspaper-free, and no distribution takes place on those days.

The size of the districts normally varies between 3-5 hours, depending on which area you are driving in and which distribution day of the week it is.

Deliveries are made with our own right-hand drive distribution vehicles that have automatic transmission.

Salary according to collective agreement.

About you

• You should be meticulous and have a high sense of service
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Speak, read, and understand basic Swedish
• Hold a personal number (or coordination number)
• Have a valid work permit in Sweden
• A Swedish driver's license is required for distribution districts
